Pilatesis a form of low impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Pilates moves tend to target the core, although the exercises work other areas of your body as well.
A private 55 minute Reformer Session allowing for complete focus on individual movement, pattern and areas of need.
Emphasis is placed on proper technique and form.
Small Group Reformer classes,
focus on delivering personal touch to each person.
